A developer by the name of Nick Lee has pulled a fast one on the good folks at Apple.  An app called Handy Light, which appears to be a regular old Flash light app for the iPhone actually enables the phone to tether through wi-fi with any device willing to accept the connection..Cough.. iPad..Cough.
